We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the eCommerce & Marketing Specialistwithin our Brighton Support Office on a full time basis.

You are a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate individual. Our Marketing eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for the administration, reporting and project management of marketing activities across ourMattelbrand.

The successful Marketing eCommerce Specialist will also have the following:

• Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience.
• eCommerce experience in using Shopify Plus and Klavio platforms is essential.
• Previous experience working within a fast-paced retail environment.
• A can-do attitude and desire to break barriers.
• An appreciation and understanding of business challenges and operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task/prioritize daily workload.
• Works collaboratively as a team player and independently.
• Marketing degree/diploma or relevant experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily/weekly operation and improvement of 2 x Mattel online store (Shopify Plus)and 1 x Retailors website (Squarespace) including design, performance, and merchandising changes to ensure Ultimate Customer Experience resulting in improved conversion performance and maximum customer NPS.
• Development and execution of marketing plan that drives traffic, captures subscribers, grow membership subscriptions and ensures maximum conversion performance resulting in achievement of sales budget.
• Management of marketing expenses aligned with agreed budget ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Develop and manage relationships of key third party stakeholders including Mattel, License Suppliers, and third part partners Impressive, Prosper, Shopify and app suppliers to ensure maximum productivity.
• Complete reporting of KPI's and other key reports as per agreed cadence.
• Develop and manage customer flows in Klavio and Okendo including automated flows and once off campaigns that increases engagement, conversion and ultimately sales.
