About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Analyst to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our customer campaign management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer engagement through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaign strategies across multiple channels, including SMS, email, and online marketing platforms.
  • Manage and optimize customer data to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer campaign management and marketing analytics.
  • Document and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer campaign execution, preferably in a telco, bank, or subscription media company.
  • Strong understanding of campaign platforms, including Adobe Campaign, Unica, CIM, PEGA, SAS CI360, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent SQL skills and knowledge of relational database structures.
  • Proven track record of using data insights to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
