Transform Customer Experience with TPG Telecom

TPG Telecom is embarking on a transformative journey to integrate and simplify its business, operations, and technology platforms for its Consumer division. As a Senior Campaign Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in this initiative, responsible for customer campaign management across TPG Telecom's brands using our CRM platform and SQL toolsets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end build and delivery of campaigns (SMS, eDM, OTM, and Journey Builder) using Portrait, TPG's customer marketing platform, and orchestrate campaigns across channels.
  • Data Management and Optimization – utilize our data and platforms to propose the best ways to deliver personalized campaigns; design and perform A/B testing, and ongoing optimization to maximize open rates.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize, simplify, and automate campaigns. Lead the cross-functional transformation team to implement the changes.
  • Contribute to the culture of Test & Learn in the team through embedding robust test & learn methodologies into campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Devise and manage the implementation, development, analysis, targeting, and testing of new methods of increasing audience engagement, action, and reducing churn.
  • Own all aspects of trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on personalization, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Work with the CLM Transformation to conduct regular split-testing on customer audiences, subject lines, landing pages, template designs, and messaging.
  • Document campaigns, including segmentation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and customer journey.
  • Stay abreast of customer mapping and movements as they transition into new brands and billing systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' hands-on experience in customer campaign execution, ideally in a telco, bank, or subscription media company.
  • Experience with campaign platforms (Adobe Campaign, Unica, CIM, PEGA, SAS CI360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational database structure.
  • Analytically driven person with a demonstrated record of using insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Understanding of data-driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and lead management.
  • Innovative character keen to think out of the box in a pragmatic and systematic approach.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in an agile environment.
