We're seeking a skilled Marketing Investment Analyst to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our Commercial Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing budget and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing budget plans to ensure optimal spend allocation across all TPG Telecom brands.
  • Analyze marketing return on investment (MROI) to inform data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Own and maintain the TPG Telecom Media Mix Modelling (MMM) tool to optimize marketing spend allocation by brand, product, geographic area, and media channel.
  • Support the Marketing team with campaign post-analysis work, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain marketing reporting rhythms to support the wider Consumer Team, including Sales, Product, and CLM.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering in large-scale complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
