About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and retail-driven Streetwear Fashion Leader to join our team at Sydney Domestic Airport Store.

At our store, we're Australia's ultimate destination for streetwear and sports lifestyle apparel. We offer an unrivalled selection of NBA, MLB, NFL, and NRL apparel, plus the freshest streetwear from brands like Nike, Jordan, Mitchell & Ness, and New Balance.

As a true brand ambassador, you'll bring our vision, values, and style to life by leading your team to create an amazing customer experience. With your passion for streetwear fashion and customer connection, you'll help customers find the perfect pieces, offer styling tips, and keep the sales flowing – all while having fun and inspiring your team to do the same.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create an unforgettable customer experience by offering expert styling advice, highlighting special promotions, and answering any product inquiries.
  • Take charge as a team leader, supporting opening and closing procedures to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Work closely with the team to fulfill online orders and roll out in-store promotions and exciting campaign activations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock deliveries and cycle counts, to keep the store organized and well-stocked.
  • Stay in the know about the latest products and fashion trends, and don't hesitate to connect with customers through your shared love of streetwear and sports.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • A true passion for streetwear fashion.
  • High energy and enthusiasm to make an impact with customers and help build a community.
  • Comfortable working with individual KPIs and sales targets – ready to crush those goals.
  • Great availability, including peak trade times and between 7am to 7pm daily.
  • Must have full Australian working rights.
