Senior Civil Infrastructure Designer

At the forefront of engineering excellence, we require a Senior Civil Design Engineer to spearhead concept and detailed civil design.
This pivotal role entails taking ownership of projects, expanding your portfolio, and driving successful delivery under limited supervision.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely project completion
- Produce, review, and validate designs in accordance with relevant standards and codes
- Deliver calculations, reports, and drawings as required
- Provide exceptional civil engineering services to clients
- Collaborate seamlessly within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Prepare comprehensive briefs, scopes of work, and fees
- Mentor junior team members
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Engineering degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate consultancy experience
- A self-motivated and technically proficient individual able to work independently yet comfortably within a team
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Familiarity with preferred software packages: DRAINS, MUSIC, Autocad, and Autotrack; road design expertise in Austroads and best practice
- Geometric design and pavement engineering; experience with 12d highly valued
