Based in Wollongong with the opportunity for hybrid working, you will be given the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of concept and detailed civil design and documentation on a diverse range of projects, whilst taking responsibility for your projects expanding your portfolio As the Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible to:Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders as necessary;Ensure successful delivery of projects;Produce, review and check designs in accordance with relevant design standards and codes;Deliver design calculations, reports and drawings under limited supervision;Provide civil engineering design service to clients as necessary;Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment;Prepare project briefs, scopes of work and fees;Mentor junior team members Your experience will include:Engineering degree in civil engineering;Ideally minimum 5 years post-graduate engineering consultancy experience;A self-motivated, technically competent individual able to work independently but also comfortable in a team environment;Excellent communication and report writing skills;Familiarity and/or experience with our preferred software packages: DRAINS, MUSIC, Autocad and Autotrack,Road design in accordance with Austroads and best practice. Geometric design and pavement engineering;12d experience is highly desired Enjoy monthly Accrued Day's off and a flexible hybrid working environment.
