Salary and Benefits
As a Sales Representative with BINGO Industries Limited, you will receive a competitive base salary, car allowance, monthly commissions, and a range of benefits including an iPad, laptop, and phone. You will also have the opportunity to earn a $1500 referral bonus when you refer a friend or someone in your network to join our team.
Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and expanding new business across multiple industry sectors. This will involve managing the retention of current customers and driving profitable sales growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the waste management industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum 2+ years' work experience in high volume B2B sales, ideally within the liquid waste industry. You will also need to have demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you will need to have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
