Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Leader to guide educational practice and mentor educators in delivering high-quality learning programs for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators to enhance educational programs, observe and review their effectiveness.
  • Deepen team knowledge of child development and early years content, ensuring the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes within the centre, championing excellence in educational practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check.
