Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Educator to join our Early Learning Centre on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing innovative programs that meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.

Job Description:
  • Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Develop and maintain engaging activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
  • Mentor educators to ensure high standards of curriculum and documentation are met
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment is maintained in your room at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
  • Hold a current Working with Children's Check (Blue card)
  • Hold current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or be willing to obtain one
  • Hold current Child Protection Training or be willing to obtain one
