Education is at the forefront of our centre's vision, and we're seeking an exceptional leader to champion this cause.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children. This involves deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

We're looking for a passionate individual who leads by example and thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative and leadership skills, great communication, adaptability, confidence in supporting teams through change, and preferably A&R experience.
