Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide warm welcomes and farewells to guests, assist with reservation enquiries, and ensure accurate and timely processing of guest requests.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, reservations, and reception duties.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent service outcomes and maintain a positive work environment.
