Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our Guest Experience Front Office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional and personalized service to all hotel guests, visitors, and ambassadors, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all hotel guests, visitors, and ambassadors.
  • Take ownership of guest interactions and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience in hotels or a related industry.
  • Highly organized and able to manage priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations.
  • Remain calm and effective in high volume work situations.
  • Good team player with a strong commitment to contributing to and assisting co-workers without being asked.
  • Opera PMS experience preferred.
  • A professional appearance and attitude that reflects our brand values.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
