Front of House Ambassador

We are seeking a welcoming and engaging individual to join our Front of House team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. The ideal candidate will be able to make someone else's day a little better, welcoming tenants with a big smile, and being ready to assist them wherever necessary.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will thrive on making a lasting impression and building meaningful relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing engaging welcomes and farewells to staff, clients, and contractors
  • Maintaining well-presented reception spaces, guest lounges, and meeting rooms
  • Working closely with security teams to ensure safety
  • Managing the upkeep of meeting rooms throughout the day
  • Booking meetings spaces
  • Assisting with uploading information to tenant's portals
  • Supporting administrative duties as per tenant request

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in five-star hotels or top-end hospitality, and ability to work autonomously while being self-motivated and driven. They will also have impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
