Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director for Corporate & Events, this role plays a crucial part in meeting our Corporate FIT and Residential Conference objectives for our Cairns hotels. The position demands a balanced approach of both reactive and proactive sales strategies to attract and convert corporate and event requests for proposals (RFPs) across our venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify peak demand periods and create targeted strategies for revenue generation.
  • Establish a structured plan to cultivate customer relationships and ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Lead negotiations to capture maximum market share for Crystalbrook Collection in Cairns.
  • Enhance product appeal through a dynamic and innovative sales methodology, showcasing expertise in customer engagement.
  • Utilize industry events and networking opportunities to generate potential leads.
  • Implement technology and processes to promote effective collaboration and streamline operations.
