Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Cost Planner/Estimator to lead cost planning and estimating outputs throughout the project life cycle.

This role is responsible for controlling project costs during concept design, design development phase, through construction cost reporting to final cost analysis.

You will be part of a globally integrated real estate group with core expertise in Investment Management, Development, and Construction.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years' experience in Building and Construction industry, creating cost plans and estimates for large-scale construction projects.

  • Relevant University qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent are required.
  • Exceptional technical skills in measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities in line with industry standards are necessary.
