Job Description:

The Enterprise Transformation division requires a Business Lead to oversee internal and external engagement across assigned projects. This role involves developing robust relationships with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to support successful project outcomes.

This position will focus on delivering initiatives each quarter as part of Making the next 90 days Matter. The Business Lead will work collaboratively with Senior Stakeholders, Project Teams, subject matter experts, and policy owners across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing projects to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Delivering quality outcomes within a specified timeframe
  • Influencing and leading stakeholders to drive business success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and delivering innovation and strategically aligned programs of work to achieve business outcomes. They will be able to articulate recommendations and strategic advice to executive management, implement change with a range of stakeholders, and cultivate strong relationships to drive collaborative outcomes.

They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
