Job Title: Payroll Specialist

This critical role is pivotal to delivering accurate, timely and compliant payroll solutions for a diverse workforce across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will possess 1–3 years' experience in payroll processing within a multi-business unit environment and be proficient in core HR systems such as Chris21/iChris and Oracle ERP.

  • Process end-to-end payroll on a fortnightly basis ensuring seamless execution of complex tasks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, timesheets and leave data to ensure optimal organizational performance.
  • Effectively interpret awards and enterprise agreements to guarantee correct pay rates and entitlements are applied.

Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation is essential along with high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality in the workplace.
