Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Dexus. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in shaping our procurement operating model and driving value across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a supplier management framework to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish core building blocks to manage suppliers, including segmentation, policy, procedure, and technology
- Lead the innovation initiative to foster a culture of supplier value management
- Establish procurement data models for suppliers and categories
- Design procurement analytics dashboards for spend, supplier performance, commercial, and risk KPIs
- Deliver best value commercial outcomes from supplier engagement
You will be a highly commercial procurement leader with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices. You will have excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You will be a natural relationship builder with a strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and project management skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering value through procurement and a strong understanding of supplier risk, relationship, and performance management.
