The role of Territory Manager is a high-impact position that drives sales and builds strong relationships within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the territory and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including infection preventionists, nurses, and other medical staff, with a focus on infection and injury prevention solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Drive product awareness and education on the benefits of disposable consumables for infection and injury prevention, delivering training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and care at every step.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on healthcare environments and be a key player in expanding our reach.
About You:- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in medical devices, or hospital consumables.
- Experienced Territory Managers from pharmaceuticals or other industries with a strong interest in healthcare are welcome to apply.
- A clinical background (nursing, allied health, biomedical sciences) is a plus.
- Experience managing territories autonomously and building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey the benefits of infection and injury prevention consumables.
- Strategic, results-driven, with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
