Salary

Job Responsibilities
- You will guide numerous hotel day-to-day operations with expertise, taking on leadership roles as needed.
- Lead & mentor the Front Office Team, nurturing their growth and building their skills within a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may arise.
- Contribute to roster planning and preparation, ensuring seamless hotel operations.
- Embody authenticity and let your unique self-shine in every shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Operations, marked by a vibrant track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Knowledge of Sihot PMS is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fueled by epic organisational and time management skills.
- Masterful in the art of both written and spoken communication.
- Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including multiple locations, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
