As a skilled professional in commercial lending, you will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to supporting the financial wellbeing of Australian small businesses. Our team is passionate about understanding the unique needs and goals of business owners and providing tailored financial solutions to help them succeed.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Financial Services Relationship Manager to join our Ipswich branch. You will be accountable for business development within your local community and will support retention of client relationships by providing exceptional service.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Facilitating effective customer conversations to understand their goals and needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Proactively engaging customers to support their business and personal objectives. Preparing for customer conversations to provide valuable insights.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador within the local business community, promoting awareness of our business banking proposition.
  • Hosting educational events to support the ongoing financial wellbeing of businesses.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement/management skills.
  • Strong customer engagement skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
