As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience primarily across financial institutions and SME/mid-market complex placements.
You will assist with advice regarding client insurance programs and placing their financial lines covers. You will also design appropriate servicing and risk management solutions, identify revenue enhancement opportunities within the designated portfolio, and continually develop new business within existing accounts to cross-sell services.
In addition, you will provide market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues, and manage essential interfaces with Client Service Support, Claims, and Broking teams.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a broking or underwriting background, ideally with exposure within financial lines. You will also have experience managing your own client portfolio or the ability to demonstrate your consultancy capabilities.
A strong pro-active, resourceful, and persistent approach to business development, first-class communication, report writing, and presentation skills are also essential. Additionally, an innovative and collaborative approach, with a team player attitude, drive, and passion to succeed and develop as an individual are highly valued.
