Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Technology Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and providing CRM support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Contribute significantly to the APAC CRM team by building trust with business stakeholders and improving customer satisfaction through exceptional work.
  • Provide CRM Support: Collaborate with marketing and OPS planning, identify areas of improvement, and drive the comms strategy for customers.
  • Deliver Quality: Offer training and consultation on-demand.
  • Be an expert: Manage owned channels, invest time in deep-diving into CRM technology, and provide feedback to product teams.
