About the RoleFuel our growth by running campaigns that bring our cloud, connectivity, and datacentre services to market.
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll take the lead on campaigns across digital, content, and partnerships.
You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing and have a hand in everything from concept through to delivery and analysis.
Your goal is to help the right customers discover the right services, at the right time.
This role is hands-on and varied, suited to someone who's comfortable balancing creative ideas with execution, and who wants to play a key role in how we reach and engage the right customers.What You'll Be Doing Plan and run campaigns across digital, social, email, and partner channels Keep our website fresh, relevant, and SEO-optimised Create digital ads and short-form content that speak to real customer needs Set up and manage search engine marketing, paid social, and SEO activity Work with our partners to launch co-marketing campaigns and product promotions Assist with events, webinars, and promotions from idea to execution Use data and platform insights to track performance and refine messaging Support the delivery of content that supports lead generation and customer engagement Keep an eye on trends and vendor tools to ensure we're ahead, not just onlineWhat We're Looking For2+ years' experience in marketing, digital, or communications Strong knowledge of digital tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Hubspot and basic video editing Confidence working across copy, visual design, and digital execution Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines Comfortable working independently and contributing to a team Understanding of B2 B or tech is a bonus but not essential Hub Spot experience is a plusWhy You'll Love It Here Hybrid work flexibility with a Sydney base and global team A team that values action, clarity, and results over fluff Exposure to a wide range of vendors, campaigns, and project types Support to grow your skills across the full marketing mix A culture that values initiative and gets behind good ideasAbout Us Fastrack Technology helps businesses move faster by delivering enterprise-grade datacentre and connectivity services.
