Job Title

A customer engagement expert is needed to drive the adoption and strategic implementation of Braze across our brands, maximizing value derived from marketing technology, operations, and data insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on Braze platform utilization and optimization to marketing, tech, and data teams.
  • Leverage Braze's capabilities to enhance technical performance and personalization, ensuring campaigns are effective and tailored.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to design, develop, and refine campaigns that drive retention and conversion, analyzing campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support project planning and execution related to the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), ensuring project goals align with CRM Managers' and Specialists' objectives.
  • Contribute to successful delivery of projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time and meet required standards.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Braze and its applications in marketing, operations, and data insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to guide and train team members.
