About the Role

  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring clear communication and mutual value.
  4. Business Case Development: Prepare and present detailed business cases to support commercial opportunities and facilitate negotiations.
  5. Negotiation and Partnership Management: Oversee negotiations with partners to secure favorable terms that align with company objectives.
  6. Collaboration and Client Service: Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful execution of new projects and business developments, ensuring high levels of client service and demonstrating the value the company provides to its partners.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in business development or a related role, with proven leadership experience and a strong ability to manage and motivate teams.
  3. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, expertise in developing and negotiating business cases, and excellent communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
