Capital Raising Specialist

This senior, high-impact role sits at the heart of how we grow and engage our investor community. You'll drive strategy and execution of capital raising across core funds and co-investment vehicles.

Expand our network by identifying and cultivating new investor channels—particularly wealth managers and private banks. Deepen LP engagement by building scalable ways to keep our investors informed, engaged, and excited.

  • Optimise investor journeys: Develop investor onboarding, reporting, and education processes that build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Run investor events: Organise and host intimate LP gatherings, summits, and touchpoints that create memorable experiences and deepen alignment.
  • Share the OIF story: Craft and deliver compelling investor pitches and fund narratives with strong performance metrics.
  • Own comms & reporting: Collaborate with investment, finance & legal teams to ensure timely, clear, and high-quality materials for current and prospective LPs.
  • Support strategic growth: Partner with the broader team on capital planning and market expansion as the function scales.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive capital raising strategy, expanding our investor network, deepening LP engagement, optimising investor journeys, running investor events, sharing the firm's story, owning communications and reporting, and supporting strategic growth.

What We're Looking For

5–10+ years of experience in capital raising, private wealth, fund distribution, and/or investment sales (VC, PE, or private funds). Proven ability to raise capital, particularly from HNWIs/family offices and wealth advisor networks. Deep understanding of the investor mindset and what drives LP decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills; you know how to pitch and build trust. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple investor conversations at once. Good understanding of fund operations, investor due diligence processes, and investor servicing workflows from pitch through to close. Strong commercial instincts and passion for startups, with a genuine interest in VC as an asset class.

Nice To Haves

Existing relationships across family offices, private banks, offshore capital (e.g., Singapore, US, Middle East) and institutions. Familiarity with Fund and SPV structuring and experience working with internal teams on fund documentation. Background in finance, commerce, or economics (or equivalent real-world experience).
