The Group Treasury Team oversees Macquarie's capital management, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. The team provides strategic advice to senior management on balance sheet capacity, cost, risk, and return.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of policies and practices shaping Macquarie's business activities. You will have exposure to senior management in a non-hierarchical merit-based environment.
- Experience working with bank capital in dynamic environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex information clearly
- Desire to learn about capital, regulatory frameworks, and Macquarie's businesses;
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Attention to detail and ability to investigate deeper when required
