We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Support Specialist to fill this key role.
Job Description:
The primary function of the Executive Support Specialist is to provide administrative support to senior executives, manage travel arrangements, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as arranging itineraries and making travel-related bookings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including expense reports, timesheets, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong foundation in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to be proactive and agile.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport easily.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor your language to suit your audience.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in SAP would be advantageous.
