**Salary:** $84,335.00 - $99,779.00 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time employees)
**Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing and delivering a range of training programs to Border Force Officer Recruit Trainees (BFORTs). The successful candidate will work under limited direction and be accountable for performance management, engagement with key stakeholders, delivery of training programs, and subsequent evaluation and continuous improvement of training products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage stakeholder relationships and provide advice where necessary
- Facilitate business support activities for teams and other work areas, identifying risks and determining appropriate courses of action to meet stakeholder needs
- Coordinate resources, monitor, and record all training
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Relevant training and facilitation experience, preferably in a government or aviation-related setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
