About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Manager to lead the delivery of training programs for our Border Force Officers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to ensure the effective delivery of training programs to meet the needs of our officers.
  • Manage a team of trainers and coordinators to deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards in relation to training and development.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in training and development or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing training programs and teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
