We need a high-performing Academic Experience Manager to join our team and support teacher users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences through workshops, webinars, and training sessions for all teachers.
  • Build meaningful relationships with new and existing teachers through individual and group meetings.
  • Design assessments to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding learning experiences.
  • Provide exceptional support experiences for teacher and student users.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects across implementations.

  • Passion for educational design and delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for establishing connections quickly.
  • Skill in crafting assessments that align with pedagogical best practices.
  • Detail-oriented approach to solving problems.
  • Project management expertise in prioritisation, discipline, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a teacher, tutor, or learning designer.
  • Experience providing software product support.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects independently and collaboratively.

This role is open to candidates in Melbourne or remote anywhere in Australia. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
