Take the lead as a senior physiotherapist and shape high-quality allied health services across the Flinders and Upper North region.

This pivotal role will enable you to apply your advanced clinical skills and strategic insight to drive improvements in service delivery, safety, and accessibility.

You'll support and guide a dynamic rural and remote workforce by developing innovative models of care and workforce strategies that meet the evolving needs of our communities.

  • Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant Allied Health Profession and be eligible for (full) membership of the relevant Allied Health Profession.
  • Provide expert clinical or consultancy services across the region.
  • Work with autonomy using advanced skills and reflective practice.
  • Support service development and redesign to meet evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative models of care and workforce strategies to enhance service delivery, safety, and accessibility.

Collaborate with allied health teams, managers, and key stakeholders to drive improvements in service delivery, safety, and accessibility.

Provide expert clinical or consultancy services across the region.

Work independently using advanced skills and reflective practice.

Contribute to service development and redesign to meet evolving needs.
