Job Overview:
The Allied Health Manager plays a critical role in leading and strategizing Allied Health services across the hospital and associated community health services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level strategic leadership and planning for Allied Health professionals to drive service delivery excellence.
- Deliver professional governance and accountability to ensure seamless operations across the hospital, Adolescent Young Adult Hospice, and community health services.
- Act as the principal reference point for Allied Health direction and planning to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to executive leadership and strategic planning to drive business outcomes across the organization.

What You'll Need:
- Allied Health discipline qualification or related field with business administration or health management expertise.
- Relevant and extensive experience within a healthcare environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Strong ability to provide leadership as part of the executive team, supporting staff development and mentoring.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication, consultation, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships.
