About the Role

The role of an Administrative Receptionist with Barchester Healthcare is very varied. You can expect to answer phone calls, greet visitors, manage the reception area and show prospective residents and their families around. We might also need you to carry out some administrative tasks, like typing, photocopying and filing.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will provide the warm welcome that helps to make sure every resident and visitor feels at home with us.
  • You will have a vitally important part to play in creating a positive and friendly environment.

About You

To be successful as an Administrative Receptionist, you'll need to be professional, caring, courteous and well organised. No formal qualifications are required but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be £25,000-£30,000 per year, depending on experience.
