Care Home Front Desk Administrator

Are you a skilled administrator looking for a new challenge in the care sector? Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care homes in the UK, and we're currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.
This varied role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of our care homes, providing a warm welcome to residents, visitors, and prospective residents. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll play a vital part in creating a positive and friendly environment, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and showing prospective residents and their families around.
About £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience), this competitive salary comes with a range of benefits, including free learning and development, automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, and a range of holiday, retail, and leisure discounts. You'll also have unlimited access to our Refer a Friend bonus scheme, giving you the opportunity to earn even more.
