The Role
  • Support the Chef Manager with food safety, production, and delivery of meals.
  • Prepare high-quality meals for residents, adhering to our Food Safety Plan.
  • Deliver exceptional client food services, ensuring competency certification of all tasks undertaken.
  • Maintain correct food handling policies and procedures as documented in the Food Safety Program.
Requirements
  • Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience within kitchen operations, preferably in residential aged care.
  • Food handling skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
