Culinary Roles

We are seeking skilled culinary professionals to join our team in remote Oil & Gas mobile camps in Queensland.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals for 8-35 field staff.

You will work independently, reporting directly to the Camp Manager, and be expected to follow strict food safety and HSE procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess commercial cookery or food safety qualifications, a Manual Driver's Licence, and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening.

Additional requirements include a First Aid & CPR Certificate, National Police Clearance, and flexibility to work night shifts and extended periods away from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cook and serve high-quality, nutritious meals
  • Run the kitchen solo - prep, cook, clean, and assist with ordering supplies
  • Follow strict food safety and HSE procedures
  • Pitch in with laundry, cleaning, and meal transport as needed
