This is a senior-level position within our Treasury team, responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring the effective management of cash flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flows and minimize financial risks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and financial institutions.
  • Manage and optimize the company's cash investments and liquidity positions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 12 years of Treasury experience, including expertise in cash forecasting and cash management.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CFP are advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and determine processes and procedures for assignments with considerable freedom.
