As the primary point of contact for our community, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be the friendly face at reception or the welcoming voice on the phone, helping residents, visitors, and businesses with a wide range of enquiries.
  • You will respond to questions, lodge service requests, and connect customers to the right teams across multiple channels.
  • You will process payments, balance cash, and handle banking transactions with care and attention to detail.
  • You will contribute to service improvement by noticing areas for enhancement and sharing ideas to improve the way we serve our community.
  • You will bring a calm and professional approach to customer interactions, listening, staying composed under pressure, and finding the best way forward while maintaining a courteous and professional manner.

Selection Criteria
  • You must have relevant qualification in customer engagement or business administration and experience in a high volume customer service and/or contact centre team role.
  • You must have good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers, staff and members of the public.
  • You must be a team player with good people skills who understands how to build strong working relationships.
  • You must have well-developed computer skills and adaptability in using a variety of computerised systems.
  • You must demonstrate sound judgement and decision making skills.
