Role Overview
">The role of Speech Pathologist Grade 2 is to be a valued member of our Rural Allied Health Team and Transition Care Team. This position offers the opportunity to undertake comprehensive assessments and interventions for clients in community settings as part of multidisciplinary teams.
">Our team provides speech pathology services to clients across the lifespan, with a varied and dynamic caseload.
">We are looking for a qualified Speech Pathologist who can manage high demand and work collaboratively with our team to provide excellent patient outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans for clients with communication, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients with varying levels of need.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients.
Requirements
">- Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology or equivalent, and eligible for full practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Current competency in clinical assessment and intervention for feeding, swallowing, communication, language, and speech skills.
- Ability to manage high demand and work collaboratively with our team.
