This role is a key position within our organisation, providing expert guidance and seamless optimisation of people systems tools.

  • We are seeking an experienced People Systems Administrator to join us on an ongoing full-time basis.
  • The successful applicant will be based in Parramatta, but other NSW office locations will be considered.

As a People Systems Administrator, you will deliver exemplary customer service and specialist advice, ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of people systems within the department.

You will manage daily tasks that enhance system functionality, meet customer expectations, and optimize business outcomes, working closely with your team and various stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on delivering scalable, people-centric solutions, supporting the day-to-day operations and technical administration of SAP SuccessFactors and PageUp.

You will partner and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop system improvements and provide recommendations on future enhancements to support continued service delivery to our clients.

Your role will involve creating and updating system processes, procedures, and support documentation, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the department.

About You
  • Proven experience in administering and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Learning and Performance modules, and knowledge of PageUp within People & Culture System or Technology team.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems, including managing user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating system enhancements within a complex organisational environment.
  • Ability to create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for all people system changes.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Enjoy autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads.
