Expert Evidence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Evidence Analyst to work closely with investigation teams, implementing established evidence review strategies and providing advice on evidence management best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive briefs, utilizing software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
- Deliver specialized training and support to investigation teams on the effective use of evidence management systems.
- Maintain and administer evidence management systems according to established rules and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management, with technical expertise and specialist skills to assist in achieving impactful outcomes. Your experience should cover consulting on all stages of investigations and litigation, including eDiscovery, Technology Assisted Reviews, and evidence analysis and production for court or other decision-making bodies.
Requirements- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations, responding to complex enquiries, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present complex information to different audiences.
Australian citizenship is required, and you must be prepared to complete an ASIC Suitability and Baseline Assessment.
