  • Sort and process materials on a moving conveyor belt with precision and care
  • Identify and remove contaminated or non-conforming items to meet production standards
  • Ensure proper sorting to meet recycling standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in material sorting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and quick reflexes
  • Comfortable working in environments that may be dusty, noisy, or involve repetitive tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role (manufacturing, recycling, mining) is a plus
  • Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
  • Forklift ticket
  • Pass pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
  • Current Driving Licence and reliable transport are essential
