Chief Data Migration Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is part of a cross-functional team responsible for quality assurance of data migration and data reconciliation.
- Quality Assurance of solutions developed in a data migration team
- Plan, Prepare, Execute and Report Quality Assurance using superannuation registry systems and SQL tools
- Analyze test requirements, design and prepare manual and automated test scenarios and scripts which provide comprehensive coverage of given requirements
- Generate test metrics & ROI to utilize them for process and efficiency improvements
- Build complex SQL queries to build automation scripts for data migration and reconciliation requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
- Triage and retest defects raised outside data migration team
- Plan and execute go-live data migration testing and reconciliation activities
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both manual and automated testing, with experience in large scale data migration and reconciliation. Strong working knowledge of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation validation is required. Experience with MS SQL Server, data profiling tools, and test automation frameworks is also essential. Familiarity with data reconciliation techniques and knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards is highly valued.
