Senior Change Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal to lead our team in managing end-to-end complex change programs and driving organizational transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Organisational Change Management or People/HR transformation, with a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement effective change management strategies.

The role involves leading the development and execution of change management and Human capital strategies and plans, working independently to manage a program of work end to end, and managing a team of change management consultants to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be able to conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders, as well as define and measure change success measures and monitor change progress.

Additional responsibilities include providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs, communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and supporting the development of proposals and thought leadership initiatives.

We are looking for a strong leader who can build and support their team members, work effectively in a team environment, and manage multiple stakeholders.
