We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Program Change Manager to join our Organisation Change Management team to oversee and drive program-level engagement, communications, training and to produce quality presentation material for Program level messaging to various stakeholder groups. You will provide strategic advisory, guidance and review of executive communications content and collaborate with cross functional team to deliver quality outcomes. This high impact role will lead and deliver outcomes to further strengthen the branding of the Program and align across technology functions.- What you offer
- 10+ years of change management experience leading complex, large-scale transformation programs in a technology domain such as cyber, risk, engineering, digital transformation
- Ability to understand and abstract technical information into commonly understood business language, with production of high quality materials across all stakeholder groups
- Full proficiency in Microsoft suite, collaboration tools, SharePoint
- Knowledge of learning frameworks, training suites and targeted educational content
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate resilience. Ability to manage and prioritise your own work and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
