Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll contribute to building Australia's biggest active loyalty program by ensuring our members maximise the value they receive in the first 12 months of their membership. You'll support the Senior Marketing Manager in translating lifecycle marketing strategy into actionable campaign and initiative roadmaps.

  1. Deliver lifecycle campaigns driving acquisition of valuable new members and nurture them into engaged members through a seamless onboarding experience.
  2. Support the development of cross-channel campaigns prioritising owned channels, ensuring a cohesive and complementary approach to reach members effectively.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing.
  • 3+ years relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to leverage insights for campaign optimisation.
