Role Overview The Credit Officer is accountable for effectively managing customer accounts to ensure timely and efficient payments. This involves proactively reviewing accounts to ensure adherence to terms, following up on overdue accounts, monitoring and managing payment arrangements, allocating payments and reconciling accounts accurately, releasing orders or placing accounts on hold where necessary, and liaising with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

About You As a Credit Officer, you will have proven experience in a similar credit or collections role, excellent reconciliation and analytical skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
